1. Definitions
“Resort,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Kipepeo Beach & Village Resort.
“Guest,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person who books or uses our accommodations, amenities, or activities.
“Services” include lodging, dining, amenities (Wi-Fi, pick & drop, pool, etc.), watersports, excursions (e.g., Dekeza Dhows trips), and other activities offered at or through the Resort.
“Booking” means any reservation for accommodation or activities made via our website, email, phone, or third-party platform.
7. Amenities & Services
On-premises Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed internet throughout the property.
Pick & Drop: Airport, ferry terminal, and city transfers available at additional cost.
Satellite TV & Entertainment: In-room channels and communal lounge TV.
Swimming: Access to our pool and beach; life guards are not on duty—swim at your own risk.
Breakfast Included: Daily complimentary breakfast unless otherwise specified.
Shower & Bathtub: Private bathroom facilities in all accommodations.
Resort amenities may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn without notice for maintenance or safety.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned or licensed by Kipepeo Beach & Village Resort and protected by copyright.
You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kipepeo Beach & Village Resort and its employees, agents, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking or service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kipepeo Beach & Village Resort, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your misuse of any Services.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or severe weather.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dar es Salaam.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Booking and Payment
Reservation
Bookings may be made online through our website, by email at [email protected] , or by phone at contact page.
All reservations require a valid credit card or deposit to guarantee your booking.
Rates
Rates are quoted in USD (or TZS where indicated) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All rates and availability are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed in writing.
Payment
Full payment for activities and excursions is due upon booking.
For accommodation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required at the time of booking; the balance is due on arrival.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfers.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Accommodation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
50% refund if canceled between 3–7 days before check-in.
No refund if canceled within 48 hours of arrival or in case of no-show.
Activities & Excursions
Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure: full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather, tide, or safety concerns; full refund or alternative date will be offered.
4. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability; additional fees may apply.
5. Guest Obligations & Conduct
Guests must present valid photo identification on arrival.
You are responsible for any damage to property or loss of Resort inventory during your stay.
Pets are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas; designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
Guests must comply with all local laws and Resort rules; disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
6. Activities & Excursions
Excursions (snorkelling, sailing, fishing, kayaking, kite surfing, beach games) are offered through our partners (e.g., Dekeza Dhows).
All participants must sign a waiver and wear life vests or safety gear as required.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We assume no liability for personal injury or loss during activities; travel insurance is strongly recommended.
